Privacy Policy
Short version: no accounts, no tracking cookies, no profiles. Your preferences stay on your device; our servers only see the standard technical logs every website generates.
1. What CornCine Is
CornCine is an adult (18+) media search index and download helper. We do not host videos, photos, or stories ourselves: search results point to third-party websites, and downloads you queue are fetched to infrastructure you control. This policy explains the limited data involved in operating the index itself.
2. No Accounts, No Profiles
There is no registration, login, subscription, or payment on CornCine, so we never collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or billing details. We do not build behavioral profiles and we do not sell personal information, because we do not hold any to sell.
Preferences such as the one-time adulthood confirmation, favorites, watch history, and download queue live in your own browser's local storage (or on your own server when you self-host). They are never transmitted to us and clearing your browser data removes them permanently.
3. Age Assurance Data
Access to adult content requires confirming you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. That confirmation is a single flag stored locally in your browser (or a local config file when using the terminal client). We do not collect ID documents, faces, or any biometric proof of age, and we have no server-side record of who confirmed.
4. Server Logs and Security
Like nearly all websites, our hosting environment processes standard technical logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — to keep the service running, enforce rate limits, and investigate abuse. These logs are retained for a short window by the host and are used only for security and operations, never for advertising profiles.
If you configure the optional proxy pool or route traffic through Tor or a VPN, source websites see the proxy's address rather than yours. That choice is yours and happens outside our systems.
5. Search Queries
Queries you type are sent to our server so it can fan them out to indexed providers and return results. Queries may appear in server logs described above. We do not associate queries with an identity — there is no account to associate them with — and we do not retain a per-user search history on our side.
6. Third-Party Sites and Embeds
Results, thumbnails, and playable streams come from third-party providers. The moment you open a provider page, play an embedded stream, or download from a source, that provider's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply — not this one. We encourage you to review the policies of any third-party site you visit, especially before entering personal information there.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
CornCine itself sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics beacons. The site uses browser local storage purely for on-device features (age flag, favorites, history, queue). Third-party embeds and advertisers, where present, may set their own cookies subject to their own policies; your browser's block/erase controls and industry opt-out tools apply to those.
8. Advertising
The service may display advertising served by third-party networks. Those networks operate under their own privacy policies and may use cookies or device identifiers as described in section 7. We never hand them personal data — we have none — but their content loads in your browser directly from their servers.
9. Children
CornCine is strictly for adults of legal age and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used this service, contact us and we will advise on clearing any locally stored data; there is no server-side account to delete.
10. Data Security and Retention
Because the service is designed around not holding personal data, there is no user database to breach or retain. Operational server logs described in section 4 are kept only as long as needed for security and then discarded. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but minimizing collection is the strongest protection we offer.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data. Since we maintain no user records, most requests resolve to confirming that nothing is held. For any privacy question or request, contact name-roman-aviator@duck.com and we will respond within 30 days.
12. Changes to This Policy
If the service changes in a way that affects privacy — for example adding optional accounts or analytics — this page will be updated first, with the new effective date below. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
